Welcome to Gorilla Move LTD, a house moving company based in the United Kingdom. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or engaging our services.

Services
1.1. Gorilla Move LTD provides house moving services including packing, loading, transportation, and unloading of household items.
1.2. We may also offer additional services such as furniture clearance, storage solutions, and packing supplies. These services may be subject to additional charges.
1.3. Our services are available within the United Kingdom and are subject to availability in specific areas. -
Bookings and Quotes
2.1. To book our services, you must provide accurate and complete information about your move, including the size of your property, walking distance between property and parking space, the number of items to be moved, and any special requirements.
2.2. We will provide you with a quote based on the information provided. The quote may be subject to change if the actual move requires additional services or if the information provided was inaccurate or incomplete.
2.3. By accepting the quote and booking our services, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and conditions. -
Payment
3.1. Payment for our services must be made in full before or on the day of the move unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
3.2. We accept payment by cash or bank transfer.
3.3. In the event of cancellation, a cancellation fee may apply. The specific amount will depend on the notice period provided before the scheduled move.
3.4 In orders costs over £1500 we require 20% of final amount as a booking deposit (non refundable in event of cancellation with notice shorter than 10 days.) -
Liability and Insurance
4.1. While we strive to ensure the safety of your belongings, we cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or theft that may occur during the move, unless it is a result of our negligence.
4.2. Any existing damage or defects in your items must be notified to us in writing before the move. Failure to do so may limit our liability for any additional damage.
4.3. Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the actual value of the item(s) affected, up to a maximum of the amount covered by our insurance policy, if applicable. -
Customer Responsibilities
5.1. It is your responsibility to ensure that all items to be moved are properly packed, labelled, and ready for transportation
(Is not if packing service has been provided by us, however we are responsible for items packed by ourselves only.)
5.2. You should inform us in advance of any fragile, valuable, or hazardous items that require special handling or packaging.
5.3. You must provide clear access to your property and inform us of any potential obstacles or challenges that may affect the move, such as narrow staircases, parking restrictions, or elevator availability. -
Changes and Cancellations
6.1. Any changes or cancellations to your booking must be communicated to us in writing or by phone as soon as possible.
6.2. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee or additional costs for any changes made within a 10 calendar days before the scheduled move. -
Complaints and Disputes
7.1. If you have any complaints or disputes regarding our services, please notify us in writing within seven days of the move.
7.2. We will investigate your complaint and respond to you within a reasonable time frame to resolve the issue. -
Governing Law
8.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom. -
Amendments
9.1. Gorilla Move LTD reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The revised version will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.
